| The breeding habitat is the tundra or the northern limits of the boreal forest in Alaska and northern Canada. It nests on the ground. It migrates in southern Canada and in the United States for spending the winter. Dimensions: 13-14 cm. Wingspan: 23-24 cm. | |||||
